SEVEN SEAS CONSTRUCTION was founded in 2021 by Austin Flock, the son of a long standing utility construction company owner Philip Flock. If you were to add all the experience up at Seven Seas Construction and its affiliated partners we have over 25 years of connecting people to essential line utilities and services alike!

Born and raised in Oklahoma, we are dedicated to serving our friends and neighbors in this great state. Since establishment we have had the opportunity to serve not only Oklahoma, but Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas.

WHAT WE DO

Contrary to the name, we spend a lot of time in the dirt. Our specialty is constructing safe and dependable utility services in the air or below the ground to our neighbors and commercial partners. We have experience mostly with Fiber Optic and telecommunication cabling and have valuable experience with most other utilities that require TRENCHING, EXCAVATING, & DIRECTIONAL DRILLING.
